Wow. I was not expecting to walk through the doors and find this enormous space! Even on a Tuesday night at 8 pm, it was hopping. $10 for open play pickleball. Great hidden gem/gym!

REPLY TO OWNER: You are not being truthful. You initially offered the option to continue, but then you sent your female employee over to tell me you were issuing a refund immediately and that we needed to leave. When I told her that was not what you originally said, you instructed her to call 911. That speaks for itself. You’re not just a poor owner — your behavior was unacceptable on a basic human level. And while you continue stating we were “training” when that was not what was occurring, you still haven’t explained what that means. From what I witnessed, the older man and younger girl looked exactly like they were training. If you weren’t present and chose to sit elsewhere like some Wizard of Oz, you’re in no position to make judgments about what actually happened. Printing out papers that simply say “NO TRAINING” and sending an email with the same vague message is not evidence. It’s avoidance. Without clear definitions or policies, you leave everything open to interpretation — and that’s on you. Here’s a suggestion: instead of talking in circles, create clear written guidelines on what you, as the owner, consider “training.” It might help you run a more competent business.

Awesome place to go and play. They have 4 different sports (pickleball, badminton, volleyball, & cricket) there and even a gym area! I went there with a non-profit group HVLC (Holistic Visions Learning Cooperative) and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I totally recommend going there. They are way more cost affective than Picklr. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. They also supply paddles & shoes for playing. Definitely try it out!

We absolutely love Play and Thrive. The facility is top-notch, super clean, well maintained, and with just the right lighting for playing badminton. The courts are in excellent condition, which speaks a lot of the care that goes in maintaining the facility. We started with group lessons and added private lessons with coach Marco. He is an exceptionally talented and patient coach. Under his guidance, my daughter’s techniques and playing has seen tremendous growth. The staff at the front desk is very professional and responsible. We’ve never had any issues with them. I would highly recommend the place for the entire family.

We recently registered our 9-year-old child for a badminton class. The enrollment process was efficient, with the app allowing us to book an evaluation session. The evaluation was conducted by an ex-Olympic player who also coaches the kids. He is very pleasant to talk to and is kind to the children during his coaching. The facilities are spacious, with plenty of room for multiple sports activities such as cricket, pickleball, badminton, and more. These slots during weekdays are relatively less busy but evenings can be busier than usual. The slots get occupied real quick. Neat and clean facilities! The individuals in the reception are approachable.
